I enjoy painting landscapes in Acrylics. I use a specific method that helps me work with the land's contours and shadows. I hope you like my work in this collection.
Mana Island
This was my very first landscape painting in Acrylics. The island is very clear from my Kitchen window, making it easier to work on for a couple of days.
‘Mana Magic’
Mana Island (NZ), not Fiji. Has been a sheep station, quarantine and destruction of diseased farm animals isolated location and now thankfully a sanctuary for native wildlife.

Kāpiti Island
Kāpiti Island is a premier predator-free nature reserve located 5 km off the west coast of New Zealand's lower North Island, famous for protecting endangered birds like the little spotted kiwi, takahē, and kākā.
‘Kool Kapiti’
The waterway between the island and mainland is also frequently visited by migrating Humpback whales and Orca on the hunt for their dinner.
